| The Company develops wireless coverage business as its first stage of strategic development. Leveraging its leadership in RF technology, the Company designs and manufactures wireless coverage products, which enable telecommunication operators to expand the reach of their wireless communication networks to indoor and outdoor areas with little or weak coverage, such as buildings, highways, railways, tunnels and remote regions. The Company has become one of the major wireless coverage solutions providers for China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom. According to BAYES, GrenTech was the second largest provider of wireless coverage products and services in China in 2008 with an estimated market share of 8.4%.

| The company is in the second stage of its strategic development, which is to grow the base station RF business. The company’s RF strategy is: First, expand market share via mass production of passive modules for domestic base station OEMs to drive top line growth; Second, strengthen its position in the domestic market while expanding into global markets to continue diversifying and broadening the customer base; Third, enhance profitability and market share by developing and offering active modules to deepen penetration among domestic and global OEMs; and finally, build scalability by expanding manufacturing capacity and consolidating R&D capabilities to further support sales growth and improve bottom-line results. The company is a qualified supplier of base station RF parts and components to several major domestic and foreign base station manufacturers: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., ZTE Corporation, Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Co., Ltd., China Potevio Co., Ltd., Alcatel Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd., Nokia Siemens Network and Ericsson (China) Co., Ltd. |
